The Arctic Circle Trail (ACT) is an approximately 125 mile[1] trail running from the coastal town of Sisimiut to the inland town of Kangerlussuaq, Greenland's terminus for international flights - the former American Sondrestrom airbase. The last 20 miles or so of the trail actually extends beyond Kangerlussuaq to the face of the Russell Glacier.
