The Arctic Circle Trail (ACT) is an approximately 125 mile[1] (201 km) trail running from the coastal town of Sisimiut to the inland town of Kangerlussuaq, Greenland's terminus for international flights - the former American Sondrestrom airbase. The last approximately 20 miles of the trail actually extends beyond Kangerlussuaq to the face of the Russell Glacier.
