The PCT Water Report is a free, crowd-sourced document that provides an extensive list of water sources along with recent reports about flow rates and conditions.
Hikers send in updates using a variety of methods, including text, voicemail, and FB message.
As of 2019, it is maintained primarily by a user named DoubleTap, with help from Halfmile.
The water report can be found at pctwater.com. It is available in PDF and Google Sheets formats.
