Donner Ski Ranch is a ski resort located near the Pacific Crest Trail in Norden, California. The hiker friendly restaurant Old 40 Bar and Grill, which has traditionally offered thruhikers a free beer, is part of the resort.
The Ranch has a bunk room that is available to hikers. Amenities include a full kitchen, showers, wifi, laundry facilities, and a shared living room.
