The Oregon Desert Trail is a 750 mile[1] long hiking trail in the state of Oregon.
It is maintained by the Oregon Natural Desert Association.

Overview
Length: 751.7 mi (1,210 km) (nominal)
Standard direction(s) of travel: Eastbound (more popular) and Westbound
Season: Spring (April-June) is the most popular season as more snow melt water is available, although Fall (September-October) is also viable with the benefit of not having to hike through snow on Steens Mountain.
